Returns

• We will happily exchange or refund an item up to 35 days from the date of receiving the products (provided it is in unused condition).

• Faulty items will be refunded or replaced.

• One year warranty against manufacturing faults.

• Unwanted products must be returned in new condition, unused, clean and odour free. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

• In the unlikely event that you encounter a manufacturing fault with your product within a year of purchase we will cover the cost of return shipping and of the shipping back to you.

• Please consult us before shipping a product back to us (we will not cover expensive methods of return shipping and we can advise which regular methods of shipping to use).

• Please always contact us prior to returning a product.
